Brandon Casey
I am a civil attorney with over 20 years of trial experience in Spokane County and throughout Eastern Washington. I have also served as a Court Appointed Arbitrator since 2010.
Our Courts are here to serve the people; to protect the rights of everyone, regardless of social status, political connections, or financial resources. That is what I have fought for in my home town for over 20 years. I represent individuals in personal injury, malpractice and civil rights. I protect property owners from government takings and assist landlords and tenants - hoping courts do the right thing. Too often the system falls short due to unnecessary inefficiency and delays that can ruin people’s lives. Our Court must serve the people. This I promise to do.
Our Judges should be elected by the people they serve - not appointed by Olympia. I practice mainly in Spokane County, but have also tried cases across Washington, in Federal Court, and Appellate Courts. That experience provides me with clear insight into how Our Courts should run and to recognize inefficiency and how to overcome it, which I promise to do.
Integrity is the bedrock of our judicial system; and the public’s confidence needs to be restored. I am rated “Exceptionally Well Qualified” by the Washington State Veterans Bar Association. With your vote, I will continue to work hard to restore confidence in Our Courts.
